The more you do, the more you actually do. It’s some sort of process that is incredibly accurate yet unexplainable. The more you do things and go forward with your life the more you are able to take in, and do more and take a bigger workload, and the more you grow. So do – take care of your body, learn every day, work on your goals every day, spend time doing things that matter. Do things that make your soul sparkle, that sharpen your mind and that are right for you. Do not be afraid that you’ll become “too tired” or “too stressed” – if you can do more, you have to – and will eventually! find a balance between working towards your goals and taking care of your mind, your body and your soul.
It was 5 am when I woke up. I felt like I have been sleeping for 5 minutes since my head was roaming with thoughts keeping me from falling asleep. A mess in satin pajamas. I stretched and made my bed. One thing’s done. Starting with smaller steps is the best way to go through a to-do list. 15 minutes of yoga. Morning pages to inspire myself and be excited for the upcoming day. Lukewarm shower and face pampering routine. Cereals with almond milk. Read about fashion. Do my makeup. Dress. Make my lunch and pack my things. Head out.
My soul feels good being organized. I know how uneasy it is to do to things differently but it surely is amazing to take the time to start your day correctly. It really does make a huge difference to start your day in a way that you feel inspired to make a step forward in the direction you’ve been hoping for and do better than yesterday. A way to start your day so you feel motivated to do more and to be more. Find what makes your soul sparkle and keep on doing it.
