Really, it’s in the sound your warm tea hits the bottom of your cup and the muffled note of your pen on the paper. Really, it’s all in the planning. The planning of who and where you to be.
Planning means better control. Of course you can’t control everything, but you can control your time and your actions. While this is pretty much obvious stuff, have you ever stopped, listed your biggest goals, then made a check list of all the steps you had to do to get there ? Have you taken all these steps and made smaller steps out of them ?
If the answer is no, then you might want to take a few hours of your life to actually plan your life. It’s not about stopping the enjoyment of little things and plan every single instant, it’s about doing what you have to get what you want to. Best part is, it,s easier than it seems once you put your mind to it.
It’s knowing how every week, everyday, you can do something to walk towards where you can only imagine yourself. It’s about having a longterm relationship with your future and doing what is right for it, treating it like royalty because it is your priority. The present is the future, every choice you make draws a little more the person you aim to become.
So have a plan and get excited for the little steps you make. Every small gesture leads to a motion, and every motion turns into a bigger movements that creates and defines life. Your life.
Be who you want to be, and don’t tell me it’s not a priority. Make time for what matters and learn to let go of your own unheathly and toxic behaviour. Life is a journey full of little steps, own them.
